Yope User Agreement

Welcome to Yope! This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the Yope platform, including its applications, websites, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using Yope, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Yope, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement.
• Are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account:

• Notify Yope immediately of unauthorized use of your account.

You retain ownership of any content you upload or post on Yope. By doing so, you grant Yope a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purposes of providing the Services.
• Remove any content that violates this Agreement or applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

Yope owns or licenses all intellectual property rights related to the Services, including trademarks, logos, and software. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer Yope's intellectual property.
• Use Yope’s trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

6. Privacy

7. Termination

Yope reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services if:

• You breach any terms of this Agreement.
• Yope decides to discontinue the Services.

You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process in your settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Yope disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose.
• Non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yope will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits.

10. Modifications

Yope reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of changes via email or updates to the platform. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
